b'WEEK 22: TEE BREAKMy first ever T-shirt was a Bay City Rollers official fan merchandise tee from Woolworths, Foregate Street, Chester (Oh Woody). Im telling you this because my love of the tee runs deep, but as you grow up it can be hard to balance your inner child with your grown up fashion head. Theres a tee for every pop band, cartoon character, campaign and three letter acronym you can think of; from cheap and cheerful, upwards. I tend to home in on authenticity and a good fit as my starting points. This Snoopy tee reminds me of Saturday mornings watching back to back Peanuts. At the same time its a great colour, sits well on the neck and the text is light hearted and witty. Ive styled it with a simple denim a-line skirt. The Whistles blazer (opposite)gives it a grown up edge.
