The results of the market research launched Ridley Bagels.The concept was the idea of two brothers who owned a specialist bagel bakery in the East End of London. Their idea was to bring a high quality traditional bagel to the supermarkets. I was responsible for the design of the corporate logo, packaging, labelling, advertising and marketing material. I worked as their Director of Marketing and Design for three years, eventually the company was sold to Kellogg.'
