Benson Park are part of the Cranswick Group and are specialist manufacturers of cooked poultry products for the food industry. Sometime before their takeover by Cranswick I was briefed to create a limited edition book that could be used to promote the company's excellence in food production to new and existing clients and to illustrate how their products could be used in food manufacture - from sandwiches to soups, salads to pies. The concept of a book brochure ensures that the publication has a high retention rate amongst its recipients.
